British Airways had multiple systems used for staff directories, meeting room bookings, Catering, IT and facility service calls as well as maintenance management systems for IT and Property. Project Management Services were provided to review and document business requirements, review existing IT systems, tender and recommend solutions that meet the business needs.
Identifying, rationalising and consolidating business requirements from multiple stakeholders into a proposal that meets all parties was the biggest challenge with this project. The second was trying to keep to a proprietary system that required configuration only, not customization.
