Scott was the Project Manager on the Dairy Farmers Hexham food production waste (effluent) treatment plant. The project included pipelines over SRA railway tracks and across an environmentally sensitive swamp with endangered species such as the green and golden bell frog. New treatment ponds were constructed for staged treatment prior to irrigation of surrounding farmland.

Working with multiple NSW government agencies including National Parks & Wildlife Service, Office of Environment & Heritage, State Rail Authority as well as local council, were the biggest challenges with this project.
