Scott was the Project Manager on a number of Dairy Farmers’ developments in Hexham, Lidcombe, Bomaderry and Tamworth. Projects included coolrooms, freezers, snap freezers, food manufacture & processing, food testing laboratories and packaging lines.

Working with an internal consultant team to research and develop new and often innovative food handling and processing systems, added to the challenge of delivery. In addition to this, project delivery and integration had to occur whilst maintaining full food production.
