As part of the delivery of British Airways New World Cargo facility, it required the relocation and construction of a new Ground Fleet Service (GFS) facility. Project Management Services were provided to deliver the GFS facility and  provide detailed programming for the activities required to deliver the New World Cargo facility materials handling  controls to IT systems interface.
