Solutionworx was engaged to deliver critical security infrastructure to meet proposed Federal legislative requirements. The $100m project included fully automated 100% checked/hold baggage screening (CBS/HBS) with Baggage Handling System (BHS) increased capacity and enhancements.

Successfully delivered at Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Canberra and the Gold Coast. Project Management Services from interpretation of legislation, authoring Board Papers through to fully operational systems.

Challenges included: Changing scope to meet legislation changes as the draft legislation evolved and was passed into law. Installing and integrating extensive complex systems into a live critical airport system above and around operational staff. Relocation of existing services such as data (fibre & copper), fire, gas, etc to make room for new works.
