Scott was the Project Manager on the foreshore development of Darling Harbour which included boardwalks, wharfs and a marina. In addition there were various structures for entertainment such as water shows.

Providing a facility that was safe for the public, including crowds during shows and that achieved an historical Sydney wharf aesthetic was a key objective. The sourcing of materials and minimising construction impact on local businesses was the main challenge.
